You may decide to cancel your purchase after placing your order.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product to us without providing a reason.

Below you will find our return rules:

  • Include a note with your order containing your name and order number.
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned as our products are considered perishable goods.
  • If possible, we would like to receive the returned products in their original packaging.
  • The costs for returning the order are at your own expense.
  • Once we have received your return shipment and the requirements are met, we will refund the purchase amount to you within 14 days.

Additional Return Information

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day you receive the product. You then have another 14 days from the moment of the return notification to send the product back.
The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging.
The costs for returning the order are at your own expense.
We will credit the amount within 14 days.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt; if it requires more time, we will inform you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, which we are affiliated with. They will then mediate https://www.keurmerk.info/nl/consumenten/klacht/

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). If the complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
