When you order from us on a business day before 2:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.
In the Netherlands, delivery usually takes place the next business day and on Saturdays.
We would like to ask you to wait one more day after this period has passed.
It sometimes happens that delivery takes a little longer. We hope for your understanding.
Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped the next business day.

Payments

To make it as easy as possible for you, we naturally offer the most commonly used payment options. Payment is completely secure via our encrypted SSL/HTTPS connection. If you want to receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend paying with iDEAL. When you complete a payment with iDEAL, we are notified immediately and can start working on your order right away.

iDEAL

iDEAL is essentially nothing more than an automated version of a bank transfer. The big advantage is that everything happens instantly. When you make an iDEAL transaction, the money is transferred immediately to our payment provider and we receive a notification that your payment is complete. We can then get to work right away to collect your ordered products and send your order to you.

Bancontact

Our Belgian customers can pay using Bancontact. Bancontact is a payment scheme, known as Bancontact/Mister Cash until 2016, which is the Belgian market leader in electronic payments. As a payment scheme, it is responsible for the verification, calculation, and processing of electronic payments. These payments can be made via debit cards.

Giropay

Our German customers can pay using Giropay. Giropay is an online payment platform from German banks, based on the existing German online banking system, and was specifically designed for use in e-commerce environments. Giropay is similar to the Dutch iDEAL system.
